Services

Start with the job. The product follows.

HatalyX designs and builds six kinds of digital product — from a company website to the system a team works in every day. Here is what each one is for, when it fits, and the live work behind it.

Websites

When it fitsYou need to be found, understood and contacted — in every language your customers speak.

What it solves

  • Customers can’t see what you sell, or what it costs
  • On a phone, people give up before they call
  • The business looks like every other one online
How we build websites
Iregi Fatelep website: “Building timber and firewood in Iregszemcse” over a photograph of the yard.
Iregi Fatelep on a phone: timber sizes with gross prices and a fixed call bar.
Real client workIregi Fatelep: the timber catalogue with gross prices, and a call button on every phone screen.

Web applications

When it fitsCustomers or staff need to do something, not just read — check availability, book, look up, manage.

What it solves

  • Requests arrive as calls and messages that someone retypes
  • Availability and prices live in one person’s head
  • Only a developer can change the content

Real client workAri Zona booking engine: live availability, the price for the whole stay, a 30% prepayment — and a booking found again by its request number.

Mobile applications

When it fitsPeople use it daily, on the move — and a fast mobile website no longer covers what they need to do.

What it solves

  • Daily decisions that wait until someone is back at a laptop
  • Approvals and updates lost in group chats
  • A product that belongs on the home screen, not in a bookmark

CRM & business systems

When it fitsThe business has outgrown spreadsheets, chats and memory — and the team needs one place to work.

What it solves

  • Customer history scattered across phones and notebooks
  • Nobody sees which offer, task or approval is waiting
  • Off-the-shelf CRMs that force a process you don’t have

Commerce & booking

When it fitsVisitors are ready to decide — they need the price, the availability and a way to order or reserve.

What it solves

  • “Call for a price” loses people who only want to compare
  • Orders and reservations that arrive incomplete
  • Intermediaries between you and your customer

AI & automation

When it fitsThe same routine work repeats every day — sorting enquiries, retyping data, drafting the same replies.

What it solves

  • Enquiries that wait hours for a first answer
  • The same data typed twice into different tools
  • Routine replies written from scratch every time

Systems connect

From the first screen to a confirmed booking.

A business rarely needs one isolated product. Products work best when each one hands the customer to the next. Ari Zona — a motel, grill and restaurant in Gat — is the worked example; every screen below is live.

Real client work
  1. 01Websites

Ari Zona website first screen: “Ari Zona Motel & Grill”, ten separate units, a restaurant and grill on site, direct booking, and a bar to choose dates and guests.

    The guest finds the motel

The first screen, in Ukrainian or Hungarian, says what matters — ten separate units, a restaurant and grill on site, direct booking without intermediaries — and asks for dates right there.

  2. 02Web applications

Availability for two nights and two guests: three-bed rooms 2 600 UAH, four-bed rooms 2 800 UAH, the A-frame house 3 600 UAH, each with its 30% prepayment.

    Live availability, whole-stay price

For the chosen dates every room type shows how many are free, the price for the whole stay and the 30% prepayment. One tap carries the dates into the booking.

  3. 03Commerce & booking

Ari Zona “find my booking” form: a request number starting with AZ, and a phone number.

A request number, not a lost message

Each booking gets a request number (AZ-…). With it and a phone number, the guest finds the booking again — without calling the motel.

  4. 04Ordering

Ari Zona e-menu on a phone: breakfast dishes with photos and prices, one added, the basket showing three items.

    The restaurant, its own product

The restaurant’s e-menu runs in Ukrainian, Hungarian and English: food and drinks, search, a basket, and home delivery by arrangement.

The next layer

When a team works with those requests every day — confirming, following up, keeping each customer’s history — the next step is an internal system that holds it all in one place.

What every HatalyX offer states. The figures are written for your project — there is no price list.
  1. Before

The consultation is free and without obligation. We talk about the business and recommend only what is worth building — sometimes that is less than you expected.

  2. During

Design and development follow the agreed plan, and you see the work along the way. Before launch it is tested on key screen sizes and modern browsers, and it goes live only with your approval.

  3. After

We hand over the result for your review and train you to use it. Confirmed defects are fixed within the period agreed in your offer; ongoing support is agreed separately.

  4. This website never takes card payments. Payment terms are always set in your offer.
